HOW TO ORDER

  • Email us with your catering requirements, including your departure airport, flight date and time, passenger numbers, and any menu preferences or dietary requirements.

    If you're unsure what you'd like, we'll be happy to recommend suitable options.

  • Our team will prepare a bespoke quotation together with menu recommendations tailored to your flight, passengers, and schedule.

    Once you're happy with your selection, we'll confirm your order and delivery arrangements.

  • On the day of your flight, every dish is freshly prepared in our City of London kitchen using premium ingredients.

    Our chefs carefully package each order to ensure it travels safely and maintains the highest standard of presentation onboard.

  • We liaise directly with your FBO, ground handler, or flight department to coordinate the delivery.

    Should your departure time change, we'll do everything possible to accommodate schedule updates.

  • Your catering is delivered directly to your aircraft or designated FBO by our professional delivery team, arriving ready for immediate loading before departure.

    Every order is checked prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy, freshness, and impeccable presentation.

  • Full inflight catering for private aviation — from crew meals to multi-course fine dining. Platters, canapés, hot mains, breakfast, desserts, and dedicated Slavic and Asian menus.

    Every order comes packed, labelled, and ready for onboard service, with plating instructions for the crew.

  • Send us your flight details — date, departure airport, delivery time, number of passengers and crew, and any dietary requirements — via WhatsApp or email. We confirm the menu and total within the hour, and your order is scheduled upon payment.

  • Standard menu — 24 hours. Asian section — 48 hours. Slavic section — 24 hours. Last-minute orders from 12 hours are available on request — we operate a night kitchen, so evening requests for morning departures are often possible.

  • Allergen information is verified fresh for every single order — never carried over from previous flights. Each dish is labelled with full allergen codes, and we can adapt most dishes to exclude specific ingredients.

  • Chilled transport directly to your FBO or handling agent, packed in HOT/COLD zones with labels showing dish name, allergens, and heating instructions. We photograph every order before handover and confirm delivery with your coordinator.
